Delete your account

Request deletion of your Griot Duka account and all associated data. You can also do this in the App under Settings → “Delete account”. Use the form below if you’d rather not reinstall the App.

What happens when you submit

• We locate your account using the registered phone number you enter below.
• We delete your account, your on-device records, and your cloud backup within thirty (30) days, except where the law requires us to keep certain records.
• Aggregated, de-identified market insights already produced cannot be traced back to you and are not affected.

This mirrors the deletion process in our Privacy Policy (see Sections 8 and 10).
